Natalie has worked for the statutory, charity and community sectors for over 15 years delivering a range of personal development, social and educational programmes to young people and adults. She has extensive experience in the careers and employability fields-supporting and enabling educationally diverse groups to make decisions on future careers and employment paths.
Natalie has also worked with young people at risk of NEET to deliver alternative education and social development learning. She has taught financial capability skills as well as undertaken 1:1 work on money management to upskill individuals in taking control of their finances. She is passionate regarding giving individuals the tools where they are able to take control of their personal circumstances and work on their own solutions. With finances being an intrinsic part of everyone’s lives, she is keen to deliver this training to young people.
Zindy is a teacher with many years’ experience working in further education and adult learning, working with a broad range of young people from different backgrounds. Her experiences include, delivering key skills, functional skills, and employability skills. She has worked with young people on vocational courses and apprenticeships; helping them to realise their potential to find work and develop independence and work ready skills and get jobs. Confidence and self-belief are important in finding work and these workshops will benefit young people and help to increase their employability skills. She has worked with several local authorities and providers; such as colleges, job and community centres to support challenging young people to gain the skills they need to succeed in work. Workshops are practical, fun and educational.
